My personal journey with training began at 12, and persisted 7 days a week, 2-3 hours a day. After an injury at 17, I enrolled and graduated from the American College of Sports Medicine for the purpose of being a personal trainer. I continued to seek, learn, and pursue the understanding of the human body in terms of wellness and health.
My passion and commitment to fitness has driven me to experiment and explore various methods, and has allowed me to gain many benefits and achieve greater results. Methods consisting of fasting for a week, breathing exercises, meditation, and yoga. These regiments have opened the door for me to experience the sensation of getting older, while feeling younger and more able than I ever have before. This has given me a lightness, clear headedness, and a more relaxed center in my daily life, while making room for me to focus and hone in on my craft. Together, we can all experience a life that doesn’t pull you down, but lifts us up.
